Reservation
We invite you to consult our online calendar to discover availability at Villa Laubry. Once you have chosen your dates, we will be happy to personally assist you in finalizing your reservation and preparing for your stay.
Arrival and departure
Arrival
Villa Laubry is welcomed by Floriane or ourselves between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. To ensure the best possible conditions, it is necessary to agree on a specific time for the handover of keys and presentation of the property.
Departure
Check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00, unless otherwise agreed. Keys will be handed over in person. We thank you for leaving the house in a suitable condition so that maintenance can be carried out under the best possible conditions. Additional charges may apply if essential instructions are not followed.
Prices
Villa Laubry is always rented in its entirety. You have the entire house (accommodating up to 20 people), its large garden, and the swimming pool at your disposal.
All operating costs are included: water, electricity, and garden maintenance. Heating is available at an additional cost (€50 per day). Housekeeping is charged at €180 per stay.
Sheets and bath linen are not provided.
Deposit required: 3,000 euros.
