The dining room, adorned with wood paneling designed by Henri Rapin, reflects the elegance and refinement of Art Deco. Designed to accommodate around twenty guests, it embodies the spirit of Villa Laubry's hospitality. Adjacent to it, the former smoking room, now a billiard room, captivates with its cozy atmosphere and its bow window opening onto the garden.
The Villa Laubry kitchen, with its warm, country charm, is the true heart of the home. Its friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to gather around meal preparation. Combining authenticity and simplicity, it extends the family and generous spirit that characterizes the home.
1st Floor
The right wing of the first floor houses two particularly spacious and light-filled bedrooms. One of them, ideal for couples with a young baby, offers a space perfectly suited to family stays. Both open onto beautiful views of the garden and have their own bathroom.
The left wing serves three comfortable bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
It ends with the master bedroom, with beautiful volumes and bathed in light, which opens onto a private terrace. With its en-suite bathroom, it offers its occupants a privileged setting.
2nd Floor
The second floor of Villa Laubry houses four welcoming, family-friendly bedrooms. Three of them are double rooms, while the fourth, equipped with a bunk bed, is ideal for children.
An elegant bathroom in Briare enamel with a walk-in shower and a spacious bathtub completes this floor.
The Exteriors
In the heart of a 2.5-hectare park crossed by a small river, Villa Laubry is surrounded by abundant and varied vegetation: century-old trees, fruit trees, walnut trees and hazelnut trees create a veritable green setting, a delight for gourmets on sunny days. A heated 5 x 10 m swimming pool, open from May to September, is accompanied by a 50 m² terrace secured by a roller shutter, equipped with barbecues, outdoor furniture and two large tables that can accommodate up to twenty guests. Children can fully enjoy the place thanks to the play facilities – swing, trampoline, table football, ping-pong table and cabin – which complete this haven of nature.
